SaD-PhIG (San Diego Phonology Interest Group)

SaD-PhIG is a forum for discussion of phonology in the San Diego area. Students and faculty will be presenting their own work, as well as discussing outside papers. In Fall 2007, it meets on Wednesday 3-4pm in AP&M 4218.

SemanticsBabble

The weekly SemanticsBabble is an informal discussion group for semantics and semantics-related topics. Students and faculty are invited to weekly meetings. In Fall 2007, it meets on Wednesday 2-3pm in AP&M 4218.

Experimental Syntax

The Experimental Syntax Reading Group meets every other Friday at 11 am to discuss methods of collecting syntactic data in an objective and precise manner.

Phonetics Lab Meeting

Students and faculty doing research on Phonetics or Phonology meet weekly in the UCSD Phonetics Lab (AP&M 4432) to discuss their work and get feedback from the other lab members.
